Assembly and quality
This product was awful to assemble. Screws barely fit. Instructions were terrible. My engineer friend had a hard time assembling this. The quality is very flimsy and cheap. It definitely did not line up with the description of the product. If we didn’t spend so much time trying to get this together we would have packed it up and sent it back.

Hopeless
Item arrived in re-sealed box. Parts were damaged or missing. Asked for return. They sent me another. It was worse. Refunded! We ended up putting one together from the 2 kits. Directions are wrong! Specs & measurements are wrong!

Id give a -5 on this of I could. Got my lovely package and it was wrapped in clear wrap and taped like crazy, box damaged...pieces are bent and AND the screws and other pieces you need are in SANDWICH BAGGIES!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Difficult to assemble
Was a nightmare to assemble. Instructions were unclear. Was unable to use. Technician would not put washer and dryer on the pedestals

It’s not sturdy enough to hold a washer/dryer
The product is flimsy and legs are not even and just not sturdy to place something heavy as a. Washer dryer. I almost collapsed on top of my plumber.

1. Manual is awful2. Parts do not fit tightly3. Want to send pack unopened box and they want me to pay 23$ POSTAGE.amazon needs to rectify their scam refund policy. Get them off the Amazon site.They sent me a print instruction to secvaus nj. No street address. Amazon I will contest on my credit card unless you resolve. Look at the reviews from worldwide countries, first class junkAmazon needs to protect customers from return scam.
