These are so comfortable and unobtrusive, that I can wear them with my sandals. This pushes my big toe over so that I can walk and not get blisters or pain from rubbing against my shoes. I walk 2-4 miles almost every day. These are keeping me from surgery. I highly recommend.

I need surgery on my foot as the second toe is crossing over the large and the large toe also has a bunion. Because of a serious accident, I have had to postpone the surgery as I cannot use crutches for a period of time required for the surgery. I have tried numerous different solutions to help keep the toes more aligned while healing from the accident but have had little success. This seemed to have some promise and elected to order it. The device is comfortable for the most part; however, I have found the loop for the second toe is too large. My second toe crosses over the big toe so the device does not have enough tension to separate the toes much. Also, when putting on socks, the side on the outside of the big toe tends to roll and can be uncomfortable unless you put the sock on carefully. I think for less difficult alignment issues, this may be of benefit so did give it three stars but for me it did not do what I had hoped.

Good product! I really like how comfortable they are. I wish the loops were a little sturdier, but if it was made from something sturdy they probably wouldn't be as soft. I'm new to the toe separator train (struggling with a bunion and bursitis in my big toe) and am trying out a bunch of different things. This is far preferable to me than a splint (the velcro is really obnoxious) and they're very hard for me to kick off in my sleep. They're small enough to wear inside a shoe as well.

I wear a women's size 6 and have a bunion starting. After reading many reviews for people with larger feet saying the spacer was too big for both loops and spacer size, I figured it likely would not work for that reason but gave it a go. Turns out the spacer is ridiculously small for me to be effective. It fits perfectly on my toes and comfortably in the existing space at the crease of the toes between the big toe and second toe exactly as if I were not wearing anything at all. There is zero separation being enforced between the top of the big toe and the second toe to prevent it from touching and, therefore, useless to function as a spacer to keep the big toe alignment straight and away from being pushed into the second toe when wearing a shoe.

My second toes are trying to go all hammertoe on me and were rubbing on my shoe and becoming painful. I had tried several types of hammertoe remedy which were very uncomfortable or downright painful to use. At first I thought these Zen toe separators were too soft to be effective but I can now walk much more comfortably. They fit right in my shoes and I hardly feel them at all.
