This is the worst gadget I have ever come across. I must say I took my time to put the device to use. But when I did (after a couple of months from sealed package), it simply didn't work. All the instructions and outcomes were fake and copied from probably another vendor of a similar product. Amazon SHOULD NOT be selling these type of spurious products.Service! Alas! I have no words to describe the plight of service quality. First of all, they have only one number and the service exec doesn't understand a word of English (not sure if he/she can understand Hindi for that matter). I took pains to write to them via email by the only email provided by them on their system. No escalation possible.They did respond to my email after a few follow-ups asking me to send the faulty device to them for "service". I sent the device by courier and lucky for me, they did acknowledge they were in receipt of the device.But after that, it was dead silence till date. I sent it to them at least a month before and wrote several follow-up emails, but all in vain. There is no escalation whatsoever.@Amazon: What is your accountability? Do you just promote these kind of spurious products and thieves who make money by just selling fake products?

the battery is too weak evan cant stand for 2 hrs after full charge.The voice also not clear.

Very interesting thing it is. The mic was very good as i can clearly hear voice.

Worst quality no battery backup but Amazon coustomer support services is very helpful.I impressive
