I cannot believe where this has been for all these years that I have gone through the ridiculous beef and chicken flavored toothpaste that dogs cannot stand and neither can I! I suspect that the reason that dogs fight getting their teeth brushed is because people are coming after them with beef and chicken flavored toothpaste! Would you brush your own teeth with salad flavored toothpaste or shrimp flavored toothpaste or whatever it is that you eat? 😝 This one not only has a very appealing smell to it but the texture is just slightly gritty enough to be effective. My dog does not fight me over it so it obviously tastes good to her. I tasted it myself and it is fully palatable and pleasant. I have never understood the concept of beef and chicken flavored toothpaste and think it's ridiculous. I also don't like the strange ingredients that are included with those brands. This one is just clean and fresh and all natural. It's obviously costs a bit more for the container but the fact of the matter is that it goes much further than tubes. It has a very gentle abrasive factor to it so it cleans the teeth very well and the taste and smell are obviously quite palatable to my dog so it makes it easy to use.

The simple ingredients in this product are impressive! A little goes a long way and when your dog likes to eat stinky outdoor miscellaneous items this is a must! It’s easy to scoop out with a toothbrush but soft bristles ones don’t grip the product as well. Using a finger brush helped with that. The value to product ratio hits the mark! The smell is not over powering but actually pleasant and my dog loves having his teeth brushed with it.

This toothpaste is great! My dogs have great breath and their teeth are so white that they practically glow in the dark! You don’t need much product at all so it really lasts. I have 3 dogs that range from 45-75 lbs and a jar lasts about a year.

I was looking for an organic version, as your dog will be swallowing this, not spitting it out. My dog likes this, seems clean. But the price is very high for a tiny amount. So I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Can't someone make an organic alternative for regular use that isn't extremely overpriced?

I love this very much but it was backordered for a long time, I await when it's back again hopefully it's not too expensive.

Although the pot is small, I think there is enough product to last quite awhile! My dogs are 5 yrs old and I've never brushed their teeth before. I have a pug and a pitbull. I'm a work from home dog groomer, so, I put them one at a time on my grooming table which probably helped! I took a q-tip and pulled the cotton end off. Swirled the toothpaste around with the stick to mix it up and added a small amount to the brush. I did the front and one side/back. Then I added a little more toothpaste to get the front again and then the other side/back teeth. After I was done brushing I put a smidge more on the end of the q-tip stick just to let my dogs lick it off so it seemed like a treat afterwards. Hoping this will become at least an every other day ritual to prevent tartar and stinky breath! I'm just so happy my dogs loved it. And its the cleanest ingredients I could find!

This is a 5 star review and I would give many more stars if I could! As you can see from the photos, this toothpaste has helped me keep my 2.5 year old dog’s teeth healthy, looking shiny and new. I just took her for her regular vet check up and the vet marveled at her teeth saying they looked great! What a relief, especially for a small breed dog who typically have more dental problems than larger breeds. My dog hates her teeth looked at so my photos aren’t as good as I would like to show here, but trust me, she loves the taste and that’s a huge help when trying to reach those hard to reach teeth in the back. I use a soft bristled dog toothbrush and this 5-star toothpaste for 5-star results! I will be buying more just before I run out of this first tub which I purchased last summer, 2023. A little goes a long way.

The best dog toothpaste we have used. It keeps our pups teeth clean and fresh. It's not like the other toothpastes with odd meat smells. Remember it's not a one time fix all, you need to brush consistently to fix any issues. It definitely works well and well priced for the ingredients in the formula. My favorite part is that it did not upset our dog's stomach which is rare as she has a sensitive stomach. We wish it came in a tube form but we will still buy this since it's our favorite formula!
