Not universal size
It is designed to provide support and help with wrist and thumb arthritis. However it is way too tight. I could not wear it. It cut off feeling in my thumb.

Goof thumb support
Good product, great price. Bought this for my wife's weak thumb. Replaced old support she got from doctor. Price was far less expensive than the one we got through out doctor and is almost the exact same support. Works great. Fits well.

Easy to put on and take off, gently controls position and motion of the thumb. Seems to help stabilize the basal thumb joint and reduce arthritis pain. Fabric covered neoprene foam washes clean in warm, soapy water and dries quickly. Hand is still usable with modest restriction in movement while wearing it.
