Really like this product, and have repurchased twice. I've used it exclusively for baking (e.g., lebkuchen) rather than garnish, and it's as good as the candied orange peel I used to make. I took off one star because a jar I received today was leaking: the jar was sticky wet as was the inside of the bubble wrap, although the jar itself was intact. Makes me wonder if someone had previously opened the jar.
