Medium firm mattress, with great support and conformation to the spine and muscles, easy to unwrap and install, the waiting time to fluff is worth it. My husband says the sleep is dangerous, But so good!!! Only thing is it's heavy, really recommend paying to get it at least to your entry way!

It’s compressed in a longer box. But very heavy. When you open it then will pop up. I’ve been using it for a week. Very comfortable no any plans. And not too hard. Top is memory form. I really like that. Also the fabric very breathable. 10inch same then ipad. I will recommend to my friends. It’s a very comfortable mattress.

Mattress came in a box, was heavy, so helpful to have two people to move it inside/ to desired room, but could probably manage with just one person. Definitely bring it to the room you want it in right away! you can take off the cardboard box first (we didn't since I was worried about it jack-in-the boxing, but the plastic wrap has it secured in the rolled up position, so no worries if you don't want that dirty packaging in your bedroom. Once you have it in desired place, you can use the included plastic cutting device to slice open plastic (we didn't see it til after and just used scissors). There are two steps to cut, the first just unfurls it from a tube position (but still vacuum sealed), then the second step/ cut releases the mattress fully and it starts to enlarge (slowly- so my fears of being flung across the room were completely unfounded). Seemed to be in its full size in under 5 minutes, but we gave it two hours (would have done longer, but didn't get delivered until 8:30pm) to breath and take shape anyways before sleeping on it.The important part is that this bed immediately supported my back in a way our previous older memory foam mattress no longer did, and it alleviated much of my back and neck pain by morning (and I am a chronic sufferer, which numerous herniated/ subluxated discs and pinched nerves)! So that was what I was looking for and this mattress absolutely delivered in that department! This mattress is definitely a firm/ medium firm in both my, and my husband's opinion. This lack of plush 'feel' makes it less comfortable for side sleeping, which both of us noticed (should would feel sore after a while, and need to switch sides every few hours). Since I am, and need to be with my back issues, predominantly a back sleeper, this is not the worst for me. However, since my husband rotates more throughout the night, we are looking to add either a 2 inch gel foam topper, or just a plush quilted mattress topper for a little extra comfort for him, all easy enough solutions. As mattresses tend to break down or wear in over time and lose some of the firmness, I would still rather start off more supportive and firm, and then we can always take off the mattress topper over time as it wears.The construction and quality feel very good, and it does not sleep hot (noticeably cooler than our last that also had cooling gel top layer); I would recommend this product fully, as long as you are not expecting a plush feel. I read all the good reviews, took a gamble (as it seems hard to, or near impossible to return, as you have to get it back into a box, lol), and I'm happy I did! (4.5 stars here, will update over time)

I've lived with this new mattress for 4 days and it's very comfortable. After my old mattress was replaced, I'm very happy with it. The shipping was very fast and the packaging was perfect. The compressed packaging made it easier to move.

Really nice bed. Packaged was very well. I decide on this because it was cheaper. It's very clean. I feel soft and comfortable lying down.

This is an awesome product.Don't hesitate to buy it.

After extensively reading review for months, I purchased this mattress about a month and a half ago. I am very impressed! Did not expect such a comfortable mattress for the price. My wife has stenosis and constant issues with sciatica pain and she loves the bed. (Happy wife, happy life?)So after 45 days, the bed has been wonderful. I didn't buy the frame because we have a waterbed frame which works perfect. Like other reviewers have mentioned it did have an odor when I took off the plastic. Kinda of a chemical smell but it dissipated after I let it sit for the recommended 72 hours. As far as firmness, I believe it to be a medium firmness. You barely sink when laying on it. Customer service is pretty crappy. I sent them an email asking about return policy or warranty and they never replied. From what I've heard from others is that they follow Amazon's return policy of 30 days which was big gamble for me beings I've never ordered a delivery mattress and I couldn't try it out before buying but I'm glad I took the risk. When I wake up, I don't want to get out but I also feel refreshed because I had a great night sleep. I never knew how much better you feel when you have a good night's sleep. This is the first time I have ever had a brand new mattress. I've always had hand-me-downs.In my personal opinion, I believe the mattress to be so comfortable is because it has coils in it and not like just a memory foam mattress.Look, the bottom line is believe all the good reviews you read about this mattress because they are true. I completely recommend this one. It's amazing.UPDATE: 1/23/2020It's been about 10 months since I last reviewed and about a year I've been using this mattress. I'm still very happy with it. One concern, you can't flip this matress because the bottom isn't padded like the top. So you can only give it a 180 degree spin. I haven't turned it yet in the year that we have had it and I'm still sleeping well through the night. Beings it's been a year, I'll probably go ahead and rotate it and go another year then see how the mattress is from there.One thing I would like to mention is that every know and then I feel a pop inside the mattress which I think may be the coils. I'm not sure if it's popping in a bad way like they are popping out of placement or if it's nothing to worry about and it's just the coils adjusting or something. Either way, the bed is still just as comfortable as when we bought it.UPDATE: 9/03/2020The wife started complaining that it wasn't comfortable on her side anymore so I rotted it 180 degrees. This was about 3 weeks ago. Shes still complaining. 🤷‍♂️Personally, I will admit its already lost its "new" feeling. But I can't say its uncomfortable. It definitely doesn't feel like when I slept on it in the beginning where I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. But I'm not having any problems either like back pain or anything. I feel like it "broke in" entirely too fast but this is my first new mattress.UPDATE: 10/06/2020Ok so another month has gone by since my last update. I gotta say, I'm ready to get a different mattress now. I'm waking up with lower back pain. This morning the wife was already up and out of bed so I rolled in the middle of the mattress. By doing that I could really tell how much the areas we sleep in have sunk. The middle feels brand new but as soon as I roll over to one of the areas we sleep in I feel like I'm rolling into a huge hole. Un acceptable!I'm ready to burn this thing and go and buy a real mattress.
