Expiry date
Great tasting bread but it expired the next day. Contacted Amazon customer care and they are trying to resolve the issue! They also refunded me for the bread after trying to send out another one which was also unfortunately the same sell-by date.

Expiry date next day
Received bread on the 18th, expiry date on the 19th, bread itself rock hard.... Amazon customer service team were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue straight away which is why I’ve given the bread 3 stars. And while this hasn’t put me off Fresh bakery, I certainly won’t be buying this particular bread again. Can’t comment on the taste as pretty sure it would be better when it’s fresh.

Stale
Horrible stale bread - it was use by the next day ( which is not good in itself) but it still should be edible!

Ideal for those with compromised gluten digestion
This digests absolutely fine with me so the slightly large price tag is well worth it for myself.

Expensive moist cardboard
What can I say. Some of the most expensive pieces of moist cardboard I've ever had the 'pleasure' to waste great British butter on.I was hoping that this Spelt bread, for the price (nearly £6), would have a great texture and delicious flavour, but it's not good, texture of partly cooked bread and almost non existant flavour, Just blandness. I've tasted much better Spelt dough bread for a lot less and won't be getting this again. I'd rather spread butter on a £5 note and eat that, than this stuff.
