When I start a new supplement, I plan on using it at least 6 months to evaluate how it works. Some reviews said it started working for them after 3 weeks. For me 3 weeks is not enough time to determine how effective it will be. I started taking this supplement mid November 2021. It took about 4 months before I started feeling a difference. The longer I took it, the better it worked/made me feel. I had hip pain and inflammation in my hands and ankles. The inflammation is completely gone and I barely notice hip pain. Taken over time, this product works so much better than over the counter pain medication. In fact, I hardly ever take pain meds anymore. I’m committed to this supplement going forward, it really worked for me. If you start taking this supplement, stay committed for 6 months before you rule that it doesn’t work for you. It’s relatively inexpensive (92 day supply for about $21). The difference in supplements is they take time to notice an effective change to your system.

I found capsules more convenient and switched to them.

I had to leave a review this really works I found this by accident and read all the review I was in so much pain my knees hurt so bad I had trouble walking I thought all these reviews could not be wrong my arthritis in my knees were so bad I had trouble standing and walking I ordered this product started using it as soon as I got it the pain I noticed eased up after about three days and I could walk a little better but was still in a lot of pain I have been using this for about 3 weeks and I have no pain at all I got up ready to use the cream to rub on my knees and take 2tylenol and that is when I realized I had no pain no pain at all I am 71 years old and my arthritis is gone I will continue taking this to keep my arthritis from coming back Trust me this stuff works I feel great you cannot go wrong with this product if you are in pain please buy this and keep using it it does work.

The taste was bad. However I have learned that usually the bad tasting things are the best for the body. In conjunction with magnesium and zinc it works great.

I honestly didn't have much expectations on this working, but, low and behold, the pain I had in my right index finger joint was basically cured in about 45 days, with this being the only product I was using that was out of my normal routine. I used it for about 60 days altogether, and then backed off. I have not had that arthritis pain come back after another 5-6 months. Will it work for you? I don't know. But it did for me.

Second purchase on this product. The first time I could experience the effects immediately. Waking up was akin to when I was 18.This was time the solution is diluted… hardly any taste or smell as before. It was nearly hard to stomach when I bought it over a year ago, now it’s like a drop of water.They do not provide an explanation date, nor do they allow returns. I will try another product and see if it’s of a higher quality.
