I have Restless Leg Syndrome. It's become much worse in the last few years. I found a vitamin and mineral regimen that works for me and it includes potassium. I tried filling the amount of potassium by eating foods that were rich in potassium. I soon learned I could never eat that amount of food every day. I purchased some tablets and took them. But again to reach my potassium goal each day I was taking 10-12 a day! During this time I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis. It is a condition that causes your stomach to not process and digest the food you eat. It also causes frequent and sometimes severe nausea, making swallowing anything was a high issue. I am not an athlete. I just felt so exhausted and felt that every movement was strained. I like to stay busy but I could tell my body was low in something. I was getting leg and hand cramps before using Zemvelo potassium. Since using your potassium on a regular basis I do not get cramps. I personally believe that the lack of potassium in the body can very adversely effect the heart. Think about it: The heart is a muscle. I think that a “heart attack” is probably a cramp of the heart muscle! Works for me! Live longer with Potassium!BOOM!
