Clunky feeling.
Boots feel very durable and heavy duty but they also feel clunky and overweighted. There’s no arch support at all. Going to take a while to break these boots in until then don’t expect to feel the clutch.

Good Boot, Great Service
For the single pair of these boots that I've purchased, I've actually worn two pairs. The first pair of boots I owned for approximately one year, and was generally happy with the product. The material is waterproof and fairly tough, although there are gaps between the tongue and body of the shoe which allow water to creep in when submerged. They're okay for longer rides, and the build quality is fairly good, but I did not expect them to develop such obvious signs of wear so quickly (good boots will last 2+ years min with semi-regular use). After about a year of occasional use, I noticed that the right boot was developing a crack in the side which would allow water to enter on my wet riding days. If that had been the end of the matter, I would have given these boots 3 stars at most. The reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 3 was Amazon's great service. When I emailed customer support, they were quick to respond and offer a hassle-free replacement pair because I was within their one-year warranty period (by 2 days). The second pair has held up okay the few times I've used them, and I'm trying to be more proactive by treating with suede/leather protectant. Hopefully this second pair lasts a bit longer than their predecessor.

Decent riding boot for the price!
Was a little nervous based on the reviews I saw on here. But overall ended up being a pretty decent boot! I would recommend.

Kind of flimsy
AppearanceAs Expected - If you like the way they look in the pictures you won't be disappointed.FitLarge - I'm a US 11.5E and usually size up to a 12D. I purchased these in an 11D and they fit pretty well. The heels are especially large and I'd suggest wearing thick socks with them, which is good practice when riding anyways.QualityBelow Average - For motorcycle boots, these are a bit below average. The overall quality of the materials used in the boots just feels... less than. The plastic buckles and laces are especially concerning.ValueGood - While these aren't great quality, the price reflects this and actually brings good value to the boots. If you're looking for cheap pair of motorcycle boots to get you through a season or two, these fit the bill.Other thoughtsBe wary of how chonky these things are. You may need to relearn how to use your foot controls.

Durability issues here as well but I'm still liking them overall
I like these boots a lot but I too am running into durability issues. I've had them for about a month and have run into the same 2 issues as others have mentioned. Within the first week the laces started fraying. I bought these laces Ironlace Lace (1-Pair), Black, 54-Inch (9-10 eyelets) and the problem was solved (great laces by the way). I also broke my first eyelet during the 3rd week despite being very careful when lacing up. I just ran the lace through the hole where the eyelet was and I have had no issues with that "fix".I am happy with the fit - I found them true to size. For me they have been comfortable and about as stiff as I expected for a boot with some protection. The toe works around my shifter well and I get a good feel for the controls in these vs. heavier boots I have tried. I do also like the strap holds the laces down. So overall I like all the features and since I haven't read about issues with the seams tearing or the sole separating I'm only slightly concerned about the durability right now.

Good Riding Boots
I gave this item 4 stars because they are not a boot that could be worn all day. They are comfortable and maybe putting in an insole would make them an all-day boot. The other reason for the 4 stars is that one of the laces has started to fray, so I will be replacing the laces for my next ride. Otherwise, I would recommend them. They give great ankle support and have extra protection built-in. I never had a slip moment when putting my feet down on the hot pavement. The sole is thick and bends well when walking.

Killer boots
Would have been 5 stars all the way but the plastic adjuster bar on the cross strap came broken on one of the shoes. They give you two spare adjuster bars so not a deal breaker, but now I wonder how durable the strap clasp is and what happens if it continues to break the adjuster bar. Does Joe Rocket sell spares?

Time will test durability and whether or not they're worth the $100
These boots feel very chunky and like they'd protect my ankles in a slide or crash of some kind. I like the idea of the armor over the ankle bone and the protective toe box. They are very cool looking, and the other colors I've seen have looked good. I have not had these nearly long enough to review durability, and looking at the construction I'm kind of nervous. I can see seams in the layers of rubber and leather, and tiny stitching holding together 2mm thick material. The laces and in sole are garbage, order new ones at the same time you order these boots. They run pretty true to size, so a good in sole will dial in fit for you. In my pair, there was something hard and sharp stuck between the inner lining and the leather which I found stabbing my pinky toe viciously while sitting at a red light on my motorcycle. That was a strange dance. For almost $100 I'd want some better padding inside, there is none at all. Add thick socks to your cart too now that I think about it.
