Works well for me
The media could not be loaded. I filmed this with a T3i using this adapter on an amscope B100B-MS microscope. This was filmed using 3x digital zoom, 30 speed and 3200 iso.I'm quite happy with the results, I can actually see alot more detail on my computer screen then through the eyepiece with this adapter and the loss in field of view really doesnt seem so bad with my setup. It does get a bit more blurry as I move to a high power, but that seems to have alot more to do with the ability of my camera to handle low light than anything else.Update:I have recently purchased a nikon E200 Trinocular and I have produced some very nice looking images, unfortunatly I can't seem to get my new video with the E200 to properly upload to amazon but hopefully I will in the future. The adapter is fairly easy to disassemble for cleaning, though there are some spots I just cant't seem to get rid of but for the price of this thing I can't really complain. You can also adjust its focus if you slightly screw in or screw out the internal lens. The c-mount adapter works quite well with nikons tv tube with c-mount on top, I actually got it so that with the 40X objective I do not need to refocus when switching between binocular and trinocular and the other objectives only need a small fine focus adjustment. I do wish the c mount adapter came with a screw to keep the camera from rotating, with an hdmi, usb, and power adapter all coming out of my t3i I sometimes brush against one of the cords and it will slightly rotate the camera.

Good Quality Adapter - may take some getting used to
I intend using this product on my Celestron microscope and Vixen R200SS/Celestron 4SE Telescopes with a Canon 350D. The product is of good quality metal construction and is shipped as shown. The lens on the assembly is small, precision and mounted at the tip of the barrel. I think you need a proper box in which to store it to prevent damaging it. The quality of the optics are good but I was initially disappointed with the difficulty in obtaining focus through the camera viewfinder, there is a strong interference pattern making it hard to see the image. Apparently this is an artifact of the camera viewfinder only and is due to the roughness of its internal screen. The interference pattern is not visible in the actual photos taken. If you have Live View I think this problem will not exist.I have been using this product in conjunction with Phottix auto-focus extension tube set and AmScope 100x oil immersion objective to take pictures of human sperm (AmScope prepared slide set) and other images at lower magnification.Solar Imaging with Celestron 4SE and Seymour Solar SF500 Filter: I managed to get some nice sunspot pics on my first attempt. You can't fit filters to the adapter so it has limited scope for astronomy but if the microscope and telescope optics fit the tube then I am going to try interchanging the parts. I am new to Astrophotography so there are probably many reasons not to try this. Overall the product is good quality and I recommend it.

Solidly built and works, but image quality is poor
The media could not be loaded. Unlike more expensive modern microscopes from Nikon and Olympus, the AmScope objectives require significant chromatic aberration correction in the eyepiece. Likewise the camera adapter must perform similar correction. The eyepieces do a good job, but the camera adapter falls short. Picture is softer, details are smudged, chromatic aberration is visible even in the center of the image. Near the edges the image is unusable.Attached video shows comparison between same photo taken through the camera adapter and through the eyepiece. Note that this is cropped from the center 1,200 x 1,200 area, so it's about 7% of the total sensor area. The quality of the image outside the center degrades fast with the adapter. Through the eyepiece the quality is acceptable to at least 5 times larger area. Both photos are taken with Canon 5D Mark III camera, merged from a stack of 15 photos with different focus and retouched in Photoshop CC to make them as good as possible. I over-sharpened both photos because no matter what, they're a bit too soft. The photo through the eye-piece was taken using Canon 100mm f/2.8 macro lens focused to infinity and practically touching the eye-piece. Camera was on a solid tripod. On the positive side the build quality is good: The adapter is solid, clicks firmly in place and there is no wobble at all. The product works, and is inexpensive, and the quality is not horrible as long as you crop the middle of the image. It's not good enough for my use, but for less critical use it'll do just fine. I'm probably returning mine.

Here's the scoop on this adapter
I use a Canon 90d with this adapter, and it works great. During the photo session, I use Tv mode, shutter priority, with longer time exposures. The adapter doesn't have an auto focus or an aperture. So, you must use the microscope's focus controls to focus the image, and the microscope's light brightness will determine the length of your time exposures. When viewing dark objects or using stronger magnifications, the brightness of the microscope's light may need to increase or the duration of the time exposure will also need to increase. It is important to note that if your microscope has poor, dirty, or blurry optics the camera's images will be the same. I hope this is helpful since the adapter doesn't come with instructions.

Terrific camera-to-microscope adapter
Works great.

It's OK
I bought this adapter in Lou of a dedicated camera for my microscope. It projected the image on the camera and through the H DMI port to my monitor but I did notice some venetting in the corners and it looked a little dark in overall image quality.

Works great.
Simple setup, I ordered everything at once from the third-party amscope, in hopes that it'd all work well together. Takes great images, I haven't filmed yet, just waiting to find some interesting bacteria. If you ate like me and buying the microscope with the camera kit, I chose monocular over binocular, makes more sense to me when hooking up, also make sure to get some slides and droppers. Great product.

Good build
Sturdy build. Unfortunately I didn't get to use it as I incorrectly bought a Canon mount and I need a Nikon mount. My mistake. However it looks great. The recommendation I have for the seller is to improve packaging. This is optical and glassware, shipping in a bag is an accident waiting to happen.

Raccordo canon microscopio
Provato su vari microscopi leica e nikon e funziona molto bene.
