Helps More Than You'd Think
I bought this because I've been struggling with knee pain for over a year. I overextended my knee while competitive ranch sorting on my horse. I'm only 25 so I really didn't want to have to think about surgery. I didn't really expect this to make a huge difference but dang...My pain ceases almost immediately when I wear this, unless I've really irritated my knee. I've been able to get back into jogging with this and can actually just go out and run without the pain afterwards. Only complaint is that when jogging it does tend to try to roll up and I have to stop and readjust it, but it stays in place well during most other activities like walking, riding my horse, exercise bike, etc. I feel old saying this, but when you're in pain it makes a huge difference lol this is probably my best purchase from Amazon. At least it's kept me from having to contemplate surgery for now

Very Satisfied with Results, post Meniscus Repair Surgery
I received a review sample of this product and I've just ordered two more. Last year, my son had meniscus repair surgery on his left knee, and we didn't use this product. This year, he had the same surgery on his right knee. After using this knee sleeve after his most recent surgery, the results have been pretty impressive. First of all, he says that his knee feels more stable and comfortable when he wears this sleeve. In addition, he objectively has better than expected range of motion (and better than he experienced last year without the sleeve). He has less pain in the repair area and comfortably wears this sleeve several hours per day. I can't comment on migration while walking, since he is still on crutches, but will update my review if there are migration issues down the road.

helpful product
I am pleased with this product. I have noticed a difference in my knees from the first time I wore them. I needed to wash them and even though I followed the instructions they were not the same after the washing

Try different sizes before judging, correct fit works well
Once you find correct fit, product is wonderful. I have bad knees from decades of playing soccer. Arthritis is starting to set in as I get older. I have one leg a little bigger than another. My left is 18.5" and my right is 20.25" measuring as instructed. Based on this, I bought the large for my left and the extra large for my right. The large right away is too small. Like others have stated, the bands are way too tight and cut off circulation. I made sure the band was at 5" above knee and re-measured around top band. Now 17-5/8". That's almost an inch compression. I tried moving the top band down closer to the knee but not much better. I tried the extra large. Compression on top band is around 3/8". Feels more comfortable and doesn't move with activity. I think the level of compression and comfort is what was intended. There is also the bottom band issue. The MFG tappers the cut from top to bottom and assumes you have a skinnier calf. If you have strong calves like myself, I had to push the bottom almost all the way up to the knee to not cut off circulation on the large. The extra large can be placed as designed.Overall, I started to notice less discomfort within an hour. Was almost discomfort free within 3hrs. The Extra Large fits both my legs comfortably so I am planning to return the large and purchase a second Extra Large. As long as you go in knowing you may need to try different sizes, you should not be disappointed with this product.

Knee support OK, but know what you need before you buy
I bought this to help do some compression support for a knee injury while running. The product in general provide a gentle and basic compression support. it is not too tight, but is a little too loose on the compression side. The sizing was done per instructions and the end elastic bands were sized correctly and hold the unit in place. but for support on the knee itself was a bit loose compared to another knee band I ordered that provides a better support for my requirements. This unit is good for basic general knee support, but don't count on this to really give adequate knee alignment or compression necessary. It may be good for a jogger and ease of moisture evaporation (which it does), but not much "beef" in the side knee support. (not that it's a full blown knee brace, for that it's not). so for my application, it was good, but not great and there are other products that do a better job for the same or less price. The fit is important and what you need it for. PS having Brent on the packaging makes it appear it's like what football players wear and the commercial, this is not that type of product.

Incomprehensible
At the risk of sounding overly dramatic, I think this is a miracle product. The person for whom I purchased this had EXCRUCIATING knee pain on the day it arrived in the mail (today). It was to the point where he was literally screaming and gasping for air for hours while I sat in the dining room calling doctors, insurance companies, and urgent care centers in order to find the fastest route through the referral process and to an orthopedist. The knee pain had started a few days prior, which was when I ordered this Copper Fit product, but the pain wasn't nearly as bad then as it was today.I remembered that the Copper Fit should have arrived and went to check, though neither of us really cared because we knew we were WAY past the Copper Fit point at this stage. Nonetheless, I figured it couldn't hurt to wear it just to hold him over. Throughout the past couple days, he has worn several knee braces, used epsom salt pastes and soaks, ice, heating pad, light activity, no activity, elevation, you name it.I took the Copper Fit out of the box and was actually kind of unimpressed - - it was just a light, little brace with no bells and whistles. He didn't even care enough to put it on, so I did it for him. I went back in the other room, and within five minutes heard him shout out that the sharp, shooting, debilitating pain literally had vanished. It makes no sense!Long story short - - 45 minutes ago he was nearly in tears and ready to go to the ER (which is unheard of for him), and now he's outside with the dog and kids. It's unexplainable. I plan to order every product Copper Fit has available.

Extremely disappointed
I bought two of these thinking that I would give one as a gift. I opened the box and I was immediately skeptical. The bands at the top and bottom are really stiff, the material in the middle is extremely thin, provides zero compression and was not effective at all. Most of my socks provide more compression than this thing does. To top it off when I returned them, with one never being opened, I was charged almost $14 for return shipping even though I have Amazon Prime. Definitely avoid this product!

It really works
This actually works. I had my second knee surgery 8 months ago for torn meniscus and thought my knee would never be the same again. I tried rehab and exercise but they aggravated the pain. Took several different kinds of RX anti inflammatories but they had very little effect for the kind of pain I was having. This brace really helped me. It doesn't work immediately, and it isn't a dramatic difference when you start noticing but the most encouraging part about this is that you do feel a benefit. I believe it has helped my knee heal because after wearing it every day for almost a month, I can go several days without it and feel little to no chronic pain. I don't know how it works, but it does. For me it was worth every penny and I'll buy another when this one falls apart.
