I like the particular texture of this mozzarella cheese.
It has a bit of a bland taste, which I like a lot. It also has a stiffer texture, which I like even more. It shreds easily and has a bit of a bite to it--not in taste but in texture. The price is great, as are the expiration dates. I love it at room temperature with crackers or a biscuit for a snack. If a pizza is skimpy on the cheese, I put this mozzarella on shredded. It melts well and the taste is perfect for me. I buy it in the smaller size of 1/4 lb. It is that texture thing again. In this size the texture is a bit more stiff.

Price is comparable or slightly cheaper than Walmart. Quality, taste, freshness, and texture is decent given what it is -- it will never be as amazing as fresh mozzarella, but for the price, no complaints. Melts easily in sandwiches and on pizza, shreds well and will work fine for salads or on crackers.

Amazing taste and texture.
The cheese is super fresha nd can be easily shredded. the texture is nice and it melts great whether it is shredded or sliced.

I always buy these blocks. all different flavors. I don't buy shredded or sliced cheese. I just buy blocks and make my own slices, or shredded from the blocks. it melts so much better since it doesn't have that coating on the cheese like the slices and shredded cheese.
