Helped me live a dream
It works amazing easy to take on the go and use anywhere. I bought it to wireless play music from my Ds lite hand held console and Gameboy Advance SP. For the Gameboy Advance sp I have type c port for charging and use audio jack type c dongle.

User Friendly (even for me!)
I bought this years ago and after figuring out how it works, it is just what I needed. Had an older TV that wasn’t Bluetooth compatible. The charge lasts a good amount of time, the sound is spot on (that depends on your headset as well) and it is user friendly. Great value for what I paid for it.

Not for real time audio ....
This product works great for non real time audio where latency is not an issue. Sound quality is great. Pairing is flawless (at least for the Apple Ear Buds). But ... for real time audio as in a studio situation, there's at least a 50 msec delay, maybe more as I had no way to measure (and I spent little time checking further after I noticed the delay). Using to monitor an instrument or vocal in real time just does not work. There does not seem to be any way to reduce the buffer size and therefore delay. I will keep looking. My fault for this ..... for not checking so it will just go in a drawer and maybe be used for some future one-off application. Thought I'd let you know.

Won't Synch with Ford Bluetooth
This product does not work with the radio in my 2018 Lincoln Premere and likely would not work in other Ford products manufactured around that time. I suspect that many other cars of this vintage would use the same Bluetooth system. My radio's Bluetooth had no problems with other devices. I did a download to update my Lincoln radio's Bluetooth which continued to work with my iPods and iPhone and even my Kindle Fire but continued to report that this device could not synch. I would caution the buyer to test the unit right away so that it can be returned before the refund time limit is up. I bought it because it was cheap. You get what you pay for.

Does the job.
I bought this for our bedroom tv which has no blue tooth connection. It connects my wireless earbuds just fine.

Problematic for quiet movies: Clipped dialogue. Super annoying!
This is ALMOST a good item for the price. For continuous music, it is fine if your sound quality expectations aren't too high. For movies with continuous sound (e.g., background music when nobody is talking) it is fine. HOWEVER, for quiet movies, it cuts in-and-out. This would be acceptable if it didn't cause the dialogue to be clipped. It's super annoying! What was that first word spoken by the character? I'll never know. Rewinding doesn't help, because there is always the quiet part that turns off the sound before the spoken word.I wish there were a setting to just keep the transmission of sound "on", whenever turned on, even during the quiet parts, so you didn't get the interrupted/clipped sound and dialogue. Also: Don't expect high fidelity sound, but sound quality is 'acceptable' for sitting on a plane and watching movies or listening to background music IF the sound is continuous. But not if there are pauses in the sound, even for a few seconds at a time. There is always some static/noise when it is transmitting sound, so you are very aware when it is transmitting versus when it has paused transmission. Again, kind of annoying.

Super versatile Transmitter/Receiver
This product does it's job as advertised. I can both send and receive bluetooth audio (though not both at the same time). This is great for using my non-bluetooth headphones with my iphone. I was pretty upset when apple did away with the 3.8mm jack. This handy device allows me to use some of my better wired headphones so I can bop around the city looking like a character from the 80's. It also allows me to use airpods with my old clickwheel ipod classic when I want to listen to music on a superior device and not have to be tethered in.As with any bluetooth device, there's a slight loss of audio quality. It's not noticeable unless you were to directly compare this between the same exact headset/speaker hardwired into your device. This isn't a shortcoming of the receiver, just something that happens with bluetooth overall. There is also a slight delay. I've played music over my stereo and plugged this into the headphone port to transmit the audio to a bluetooth speaker in another room. When walking between the rooms you can hear that there is a noticeable lag in the audio of probably 200ms or so. This isn't an issue if you're just listening over headphones and the lag is short enough that it wouldn't even make a difference if you were watching a movie, but I wouldn't use this if I was scoring a film which relies on getting audio to sync precisely at a frame by frame resolution. Then again, if you're scoring a film, why are you using bluetooth? All in all, great device. I was impressed enough to buy one for my girlfriend as well.

Doesn’t last long and has high latency
Worked ok for 7 months then stopped pairing with anything. Used it for a TV and connected to a JBL Bluetooth speaker. Huge lag in audio which made it awkward for watching movies / TV.
