Great to look at while hanging uo side down, can hang on wall as well. Con's are it comes rolled up when delivered and takes time to uncurle itself.

GOOD FOR THE FIT PERSON
If you use this mat exercise mat make sure you are very fit and without a sinus problem. It requires a full inversion! If you have real back problems try I lesser inversion. If you can handle a full inversion then and only then purchase.
