Perfect All-In-One kit!
We bought this to keep on our boat at the lake. Super pleased! It has everything you could think of that you may need in an on water emergency or even just unexpected situation. I also love that there is room to store our important documents ( license and registration etc) in the waterproof container and know all of our things are together! Would def recommend this product!

an emergency kit for an emergency I can't actually envision
Reviewing: Always Prepared | Marine Kits - Waterproof Storage Case with First Aid & Emergency Survival SuppliesThis is a fun bunch of stuff in a fairly sturdy case which is waterproof-ish. It might plausibly match itself to your emergency, and the price isn’t bad.The structure of “the classic quest” is that one finds a number of odd things and then goes on a quest during which those turn out to be exactly the things which are needed to survive and prosper. Of course, life doesn’t always follow narrative devices and emergencies, being part of life, may not as well.So which emergency calls for a small crescent-type wrench, a handful of light-duty cable ties, a dim mechanical flashlight, a light-gauge bungie, a miniature barf bag, some thin vinyl gloves, a tiny keychain carabiner, a space blanket type mylar thermal covering, and some antiseptic with gauze tape? It might almost as well be a beginner’s crime kit, or picnic kit…bottom line, the stuff in it is an eclectic mix of cheap thingies which may well not match your specific emergency. The case, while sturdy, is plastic and not structural foam, and while it has an o-ring seal of sorts, it also has a screw-in pressure equalizer valve… at least I think that’s what it’s for… and I don’t know for how long the thing would actually be waterproof. Water resistant, sure.Odds are if you have an emergency and this is all you have to fix it with, you’re pretty hosed. But some of this stuff could be useful in a McGyver way. I’d say that at a cheap price it wouldn’t hurt to have this stuff, but if you actually want an emergency kit, get a real waterproof case and put some thought into the classes of emergency you want to plan for.Still, if you know what this is, and want it, the price isn’t bad, so what the heck, 4 stars.
