Works well. Well made.
These work very well. However I couldn't wait for the delivery so I just made my own Y cable to run the z motors in parallel.Hind sight I really didn't need them.

Needed reversal
These did what I required, removal of one of two Z-axis driver plugs from the controller board. As furnished, the short cable didn't drive them in the proper direction, removal of pins and flipping the shell did. This was for an Ender 5 Plus I'm trying to fit a Lerdge Z board into. Otherwise, all was well packed and showed up timely. For those contemplating similar actions, files exist for printing holders/hold-downs for the small circuit card. All plugs fit well in the sockets provided.

Effective
This item performs effectively to allow for the addition of a second z motor, at least so far. The original z cable I had caused one motor to spin backwards but when I used two of the same type of cable, it worked perfectly.

Required For Dual Z Axis - Read This!
Ender 3 Pro, Ender 3 V2, etc..Every Dual Z Axis kit comes with a 'Y-Harness' for the stepper motors.Using only the Y Harness the stepper motors are wired in parallel. This splits the available power between two motors, effectively giving each motor only 50% torque. The proper way to convert to Dual Z is to wire the two stepper motors in Series. This prevents the 50% reduction in torque.I could have easily re-wires the Y Harness in Series, but these boards are fair priced, make for a clean conversion, and give those not familiar with wiring the stepper motors in series a way to do so easily.

Will need to reverse pins for proper movement
like other reviews stated, as is, the motors will operate in reverse. you'll need to change the pins around. red and blue are a phase, and green and black are a phase. just need to switch one or the other. move red to where blue is and blue to where red is, or black to where green is, and green to where black is. thats it. besides that, it works. I used this to swap the monoprice select maker 2 board with an ender 3 board. works great on the 4.2.2 creality board

Nice! Good quality.
Perfect to add a second Z-axis stepper to a Creality 4.2.7 board in an Ender 5 Plus. Good quality and the mounting holes made installation simple.

I needed this so I could have a dual Z axis
This is sooo small and easy to lose. It's used so you can share two Nema 17 motors on a printer motherboard that only has one driver. Sure I could change E1 to to Z1 but I don't want to fiddle with Marlin right now. A perfect solution other than splicing two cables together which is a viable alternative.

It could be better
The cable is reversed. Had to switch wires so the stepper runs in the right direction.
