I loooooove this brand! Value for money is sort of there- I wish they weren’t as expensive, especially when compared to other products. But the potency is there- so maybe it is a good price for quality. The pill size is manageable. It’s easy to use - just swallow vitamin haha. Started this honestly, 2 days ago and I find it effective. It makes me feel a sense of calmness. I take it in the evening around 6 pm with food. It seems to be working by 7:30 /8pm when I lay down and unwind. This review just let me know I am almost. 30 years old😂 in bed by 8pm. Oh jeez! Definitely recommend these and the brand!

This is the answer to all my sleep issues! Amazing and high quality product. Take before bed and sleep like a baby (unless you have to get up 3 times per night to use the bathroom, like I do). I still go right back to sleep, which was previously not possible! This is a great brand.

Started taking this a few weeks ago and already can notice a difference in my sleep. I’ve gone through menopause and need some sleep aid but don’t want to get addicted to meds.
