I think the problem people may have with diffusers is not fully reading the whole booklet that comes with it! I’m an advocate for doing this! I looked inside after 4 times of use and I use distilled water, and found I’ll soon have to do some maintenance. I don’t know if it was the quality of my distilled water or my oils. But please do follow your instructions. I had a tiny chip in my ceramic top. Not enough to really complain about or return. Was a little disappointed. But you just turn to the back and problem is solved. It was on the very bottom. I actually Love my diffuser. I’ve never owned one before and I’m glad I invested a little bit more and got this one. I don’t like all the input from dazzling colors and lights so this one for the bill perfectly. It is gorgeous! It’s beautiful on or off and puts out what seems like a good amount of mist. I have been using different amounts of eucalyptus and tea tree oils from Dot Terra. I have allergic rhinitis constantly. So I’m always sneezing and have constant post nasal drip and mucus in my throat and lungs. I’ve just started using this so it’s too soon to say how much improvement it will give me. I will update when it helps significantly. I do live in LOS ANGELES COUNTY so it is a desert. And we get Santa Ana winds. Hopefully this has helped you with a decision. I would definitely buy again.

The media could not be loaded.  The ceramic top is beautiful and very easy to slip on and off. The timer settings are easy and straightforward. I like to keep mine going for hours. It’s nice to have that continuous fragrance. I’ve used several different brands and scents and they all work great.

I did a ton of research before buying a diffuser. There are so many available and really different price points so I wanted to pick the one that would function flawlessly and look nice - not look like a plastic spaceship. There were cheaper options than the Vitruvi, but they all looked really cheap. When my diffuser arrived, I wasn't disappointed... it was beautifully packaged and has a nice weight to it. It is smaller than the others I had seen in person which is wonderful, it takes up way less space. It looks like a lovely little vase, not too modern, not too classic. It functions flawlessly and really puts out a nice amount of aroma. The lights are unobtrusive and only on one side, so I have it turned so the lights aren't visible at all. The sound is a very minimal, soft, pleasant water gargle and hum. I am so impressed, I bought a second one for my office.

I LOVE this diffuser. I was using one for a few months and just bought 2 more. No complaints whatsoever - they last a long time; and I get lots of compliments on it.

Very happy with this diffuser. Attractive and very easy to use. White ceramic top is a lovely creamy white (still white, but not a pure stark white). Puts out a good amount of mist that carries the scent within my room. Separate mist and light functions, enough to satisfy. The small indicator lights are for mist function and go off automatically after making your selection, a plus for nighttime use. No info on longevity as it is a new purchase, one I would make again.

I love this oil diffuser! I was skeptical since it had no user reviews, but my gamble paid off. It’s very cute and subtle. Works great as decor. The light is a nice feature. There are several brightness settings. It’s easy to use and the diffuser works as intended. I have no complaints.

I loved this little diffuser! It blended in well with my decor, was very easy to use, and worked really really well. I used this one in my office and was even thinking of getting a second unit for home. Unfortunately after only about 3 months of light use, however, it crapped out and stopped working. A tiny crack formed in the base and I'm no longer able to push the buttons. :(
