This knife had a great kool factor...
This Rambo First Blood knife is from the first Rambo movie and I believe it is the best looking one. I like the green handle and polished stainless steel blade. Some say that this knife is just for hanging on a wall, because it does not have a full tang. I don't agree with this observation, and I personally approve it for camping, backpacking and hunting. As long as you don't give this knife servere use, it will last for many years. Also you can't beat the price of this kool knife. I had to return the first knife because of a defect, but Amazon quickly sent me a replacement in a few days. Amazon, you are the best...Thanks Bob K.

Good blade, very straight, not razor sharp, but sharp enough to cut most needs. the way blade is made onto the handle was a sorta disappointment, it appears the blade isnt truely affixed into the handle with much craftsmanship. But yes....i like it, and will get the part II edition as well. IMO Due to the construction of the handle to blade assembly, i still think its a little over priced.The knife itself looks very intimidating, very cool knife to have.

very nice knife, best of the series. storage compartment in the handle with a basic survival kit in it. I wouldn't rely on the compass though

good knife, bad bad experience
When I received this knife, it did not have a survival kit. I returned it and order 2nd one. Now the second one had a broken compass. I requested for replacement, and got 3rd knife. Third one was also missing survival kit. This is ridiculous.Amazon was great with returns and refunds, no question about that.

Knife is fine, but box was damaged

Nice as a display
Everything arrived on time and nothing was missing or broken like other people said happened to them. The compass did work, but not as good as I would expect from a knife that cost almost $72.99, but all and all I am happy with my purchase. The handle would be waterproof if it were sealed from the blade end. The one I received came sharp, but the knife probably would not hold up as an actual survival knife as others have said. Nice as a display though!
