Q: I drove a friend's child who was wearing this vest. She could lean down and put her chin on her knees while wearing it. Is there a way to avoid this?

Were you using the top tether or just a lap/shoulder belt? If the vest was top-tethered I can't picture a kid leaning far down enough to be putting his/her chin to her knees. As of October 2022, the manufacturer is no longer packaging the neck pillow with the RideSafer. This could change again in the future. Please check our website for the most up to date information about what comes with the RideSafer vest.

Q: Does this come with a tether?

Sometimes the retailer at which you are currently will resell returns with parts missing since they do not know what to check for. All vests should come with a tether strap.
