Got this to go in my 2022 CR-V. Super easy install, plug and play. Does need a little double sided tape to tuck things out of the way is all. Only issues is one I could have not foreseen: start-stop. The factory start-stop feature causes enough of a power sag to cause my dash cam to power cycle. It never did this when I had the cam plugged into the factory power port.Apparently Honda does not have enough capacitance built into the dimming mirror circuit on my CR-V to counteract this issue and/or the circuitry inside the adapter can not counteract this effect. It is an easy enough fix: don't run start-stop. For those wanting to retain factory start-stop, be aware that your mileage may vary. With the multitude of of cameras on the market, differences in adapter manufacturing and parts used, and with slight variances in Honda vehicles this adapter is compatible with, you as an end user may experience the same issue.Overall, this is a great product and would recommend. The power thing is the only reason I didn't rank it a 5 star. Wish I could only deduct half a star

Works perfectly to power my dash cam on my Honda Passport Touring. This car has the auto dimming mirror so there is power going to the back of the mirror. The price is high, but worth it to me. It’s better than running a long cord to plug into one of the existing usb ports.
