Mine was locked to AT&T and I just called them to request it to be unlocked. Hope it works.

No it won't. It's locked to tmobile. They advertise as unlocked but it's not. You'll have to send it back or switch to tmobile

I just bought this phone and the phone part is not working correctly. Oputgoing calls, the person cannot hear me. Incoming calls go to voicemail
