BREAKS EVERY 3-5’. **Q: how well would this work on sealing the door on a gun safe?** A: I've never used it on a gun safe but I have used it on the door of a Weber Smoky Mountain and it worked fine. You may have to thin it out some in order for it to work in other applications. **Q: Will this work on a green mountain daniel boone?** A: I bet it will if it has a lip close to the same width as the seal. Follow the directions to make sure the adhesive takes. I applied this to a brand new grill so it stuck very well and is still sticking through a lot of cooks. However, I gave the excess to my brother in law who used it on his 10 year old grill and it worked like a charm. Keeps more smoke in your grill and gives you better temp control.
