They are quality, durable, and have a ton of uses. Not only can they take the place of rubber bands, but they hold up way better and look much, much better. The colors are great for color coding things, and they've got a surprising amount of stretch to them. So even if they look small, they can stretch big!I use them in my kitchen, office, car, garage, bathroom, you name it! They have tons of uses and hold up brilliantly use after use, and time after time. Get yourself some!

I use these on "camp commodes", to hold bags in place. Also to hold kitchen trash bags in place. Seems very strong, many uses. Good value.

Just as mentioned in the in the description pay attention to the proper size. These do not stretch as other silicone material I have used before. The bands are wider and thicker than rubber bands so they stretch less than those by lots. I purchased the .8 and 1.25 hoping they would stretch to the size needed. I will try the next size up 2in. It is a unique and good product but. I currently give it a 5 right now which would be based on the durability of then bands and ultimately would affect whether it is worth the expense. Time will tell.

I use several spaced a half inch or so apart as grip enhancers on my travel coffee cup. The longer ones are great to put around the bottom of those six pack of pop from the grocery store (yes, soda). That way when you get home you can stack them on their sides, the bottles laying down, at right angles to each other like firewood, and conserve shelf space. For some of those spring-loaded small pliers that are always open when you pick them up, put a loop around each of the handles. Because the handles are curved you can slide them up and down the handle to set the jaws at a distance apart that's convenient for the task you're working on. If it's a tad too long, twist once before the second loop. I slipped two around the body of a 20,000 mAh rechargeable power cell. When it's in transit or storage it keeps the short jumpers with it so they don't get lost. If my phone needs a boost while it's still in use, take the jumpers out and stick the phone under the bands. Sometimes you have to adjust for the screen, but it makes it convenient because the short jumper fit right between the battery and phone.

I used this product to replace the original rubber stoppers on a set of spice jars. I had to use four bands on top of each other to create the necessary thickness to make the stoppers fit tightly, but that proved to work beautifully.
