If I had the option, I'd give these 4.9 stars. Honestly, my ONLY complaint is that the individual wipes are frequently very difficult to get out of the package one at a time. Now, for an adult, this is merely a slight annoyance. But, for kiddos....? Yeah, that's a whole different ball game.Let's just say, you should get used to seeing wads of (hopefully) yet-to-be-used wipes stuffed back in the top opening.... and use your best mom-intuition when deciding whether to use or toss any of that particular waddage. Lol....It's a real shame, too .... we have a whole family of very sensitive skinned tushies and this is the ONLY wipe I've been able to find that doesn't irritate anyone's skin (yes, even female parts.) And if the manufacturer could somehow stack the wipes so the next sheet is a little easier to get out individually, I'll GLADLY add that last star!(Honestly, Amazon, some items REALLY need a larger rating scale.... because these deserve more than a 4-star rating, in my opinion. With a scale ranging from only 1-5, my choices are to either knock off a whole 20% from their "grade" for an issue that might not even be a concern for other customers, or I round up to 100% (5-star) rating that will confuse other review readers when they read my honest review, saying this product isn't perfect.)

So I have been subscribing to Booty Wipes since April 2021. I have loved the product and I loved the branding! However, in January 2023, the delivery I received had different packaging. I didn't think too much of it, as many brands will tweak the packaging for eco friendliness, cost effectiveness or otherwise. Well, the first batch of this set of wipes was an absolutely PAIN to get out of the packaging. They seemed to be folded wrong and would tear as they exited the package. Other times I would pull one and a whole section of like five or more would come out. The wipes themselves also seemed different- almost like the texture of a regular wipe? I was concerned because of septic safety, so that batch I did not flush. I thought maybe it was a fluke; yet, all of the other packages had the same issue across the board. Maybe it was a manufacturer mistake and I got all from the same batch, so I continued subscribing. THEN, when my next delivery was due, they were out of stock. I am hoping it was because they realized the issue and are fixing it? I see others have posted about it too. Fingers are crossed that's exactly what they're changing back. In the meantime, I replaced it with the men's booty wipes. A different packaging, but even with the white lid, it is larger than the ones placed on the women's packaging. The wipes are removing just like expected and the wipes seem to be more reflective of the original wipes I had been receiving. I don't know how popular the men's are, so maybe these are still products before the change was made, but I sure hope it was just a bad batch we all received. A temporary 3 of 5 when it was a 5 out of 5 for almost 2 years. I honestly would give them a 2, but I don't want to hurt the brand - I just want them to recognize the changes were NOT for the better. They're losing customers and that will ultimately affect the brand more than trying to increase the price and save on manufacturing costs for more profit (if that is the case and not a manufacturing blunder). I will continue to subscribe for the next couple months to see if the product returns to the original. If not, another customer may be lost. This is soooo unfortunate because I really, REALLY liked this brand before the change. I am hoping for yhe best and will adjust my rating back if the product returns to the quality we all loved and expect. I use dude wipes so it only made sense to stock these at my house for my daughter and lady visitors. They like them for what they are and even ended up buying the individually wrapped ones for on-the-go purse/clutch scenarios.

These are what they say they are!! 😄 They are great for your private areas. They smell good without being too perfumey. The wipes are large but not too big or too wet. You get a LOT for your money too!! This was my first time purchasing these and I'd probably buy them again. I think I like these better than Charmin. The main downfall and complaint with most disposable packaged wipes is how they are dispensed and these unfortunately have that same problem. It's like you pull one up and another one is about to come out, so you have to kind of shove it back into the package and snap the lid tight so that it doesn't dry out. That's annoying!! Maybe these companies could design these things with perforated edges? Maybe that would help? Otherwise, a great wipe!!
