I've had one of these skillets for several months, now, got it from Amazon. Before buying, I did some research on the Eclipse non-stick coating. Standard industry Lab tests indicate that Eclipse is orders of magnitude better than previous non-stick coatings. I have to agree; this is the best skillet I've ever used; nothing sticks to it, it cooks evenly, eggs slide around as if they were on ice skates. It cleans up like new. I wipe it out with a paper towel, then rinse it out with hot water, and a dishrag (no soap, ever), even the raw aluminum outside surface. The pan is a good weight, good balance, it feels good in your hands, you can flip things easily, even things, like pancakes, that stick to some other pans.I bought these two, one for each of my daughters; they tell me that they love the pans...and me. I give Bakers & Chefs an A+ for the design (sides are sloped, so you can easily flip the contents), construction (three burly rivets hold the cast Stainless Steel handle in place, and the slide on / off silicone handle cover ensures that you won't burn your hands. This is my favorite skillet.

These are the very best pans you can possibly buy for the value. They aren't super pretty, but if you do more than just display your pots and pans, you won't find a better non-stick pan to cook with. Very professional grade.

I returned the pan because the one I received was not Daily Chef brand

This pan is great, reason I wanted to buy another one and to give one away to a friend who tried my and liked it. It is a little hard to clean on the outside but as long as you don't use metal in it, it will work great.That said, I purchased the set of 2 but only received one the seller blamed shipping company, I sent photo showing box was not damaged or opened, and it was just to small to fit 2. They wanted me to returned item, I told them since I needed it I would prefer to get the 2nd one, they refused and sent me a label to return it, I asked if I could then get 1/2 of what I paid back, they refused, the reason they refused is because I purchased the set when it was $18, right after I purchased it, the price went up more that double of what I paid. Terrible seller, AMAZING DEALS INC.
