Defective.
Battery is defective and will not charge. Battery light on modem flashes quickly confirming the defective battery. Company wants me to pay shipping to return it, which will cost more than what I paid for it, plus a 30% restocking fee on top of that. I don’t think so! Amazon customer service was great and credited the purchase price back to my card. Do not buy from this seller!
