Dap 18526 White Kwik Seal Plus™ Kitchen & Bath Adhesive Caulk

This has been the best caulk i have ever used. I "found myself" caulking everywhere else in the bathroom that could use it after i caulked the original area i bought this for. Just got carried away, i suppose. :) Nice bright color. Went on fairly easy. Cleaned up (from fingers and spatula) pretty easy with just soap and water. Three weeks later...still looks good. Occasionally there used to be a small bug wandering around aimlessly in the bathroom that i would catch in a paper cup and toss outside, but since caulking...so far...not one single bug. So, i guess they can't get thru those small cracks now since it is all sealed up tight. Glad i went "caulk cRaZy" and glad i used this brand.

I have used this sealant for years..Not only is it easy and seals great but I have used it on many items to repair as well..It is also paint able, great for ceramic repair and it can hold items together as well..I would not use it,however, for any item like plates or cups that are going to eaten upon washed or microwaved..

Have used this before , works great and seams to last, only have on for a few months.

I purchased this product to fill in the cracks and gaps between the kitchen counter and the back splash in the kitchen. We are "fixing up" and older home and this really makes a big difference. I used a rubber glove and my finger tip to mold the caulk where it was needed, a paper towel and follow up with a putty knife after it dries. Looks better than I anticipated. Very easy to use in the tube as well. I would definitely purchase again if needed!

I had to caulk-up my shower, and this caulk worked great. It was easy to use, and the waterproofing is excellent. Also nice is the 18 hour dry time.

Fantastic seal caulk! I tried several things to close the gap under my kitchen backsplash, but none of them worked. But this one works like magic and solves the problem instantly! Because of the design of the opening, it is incredibly simple to apply along the edge. And it's not sticky to the touch or leaves a mess when you wipe it off!

I re-caulked the perimeter of my shower floor after removing the mildew-stained old caulk. I used this Dap product rather than buying a whole tube of silicone caulk. It was easy to apply. Getting the right bead size is most important -- too large and you have a mess. It flowed out nicely and was easy to smooth with a wet finger. I like that this caulk is supposed to resist mold and mildew. I want it to stay pure white and so far, after a month, it still looks good.

I used this around all my doors. Works great and stays white!! Definitely recommend. Easy to use.

This an excellent product. It's water soluble and very easy to apply. When you put it on and wipe it evenly with a damp cloth you will get some on the cloth and your hands. Wash this off within 10 minutes and that is done. 24 hours later, you will have a perfect caulking joint. Anywhere that you don't want water to get into walls etc. You can even use it to clean up imperfections in walls, baseboards, moldings. Paintable
