Sunlite Gold Tec Disc Rack, 26"/700c
This is a nice looking and well made rack that I mounted on my Giant Roam E+ STA. I had to mount the front arms to the seat post because the angle was too sharp to reach the brazers on the frame. The screw and nut kit provided an extra long screw to replace the short screw on the seat post. The height of the rack is adjustable and I raised it one notch to fit over my 700c tires. Two spacers that match the rack and cover the long screws were provided and used at the lower arms. Well thought out by the manufacturer! Update: I cut the front mounting rods with a hacksaw and was able to mount them where they were meant to be mounted.

Strong, Durable, Stylish Rack
I debated ordering this rear rack because the one photo provided does not display the forward mounting brackets very well and it wasn't clear in description the width between left & right lower frame mounts, given various braze-on locations for various types of disc-brake bicycle frames. I took a chance and ordered one however, and was very pleased with how easy it was to install on my bike. The leg-brackets are length adjustable and it came with all hardware needed to mount on most disc-brake bikes. It fit on my Surly Disc Trucker touring bike like it was custom made for it. It is a one piece, heavy-duty panier rack with all joints brazed together (as opposed to screw together rack parts, which can come loose after a time) Max load rated at 55 lbs. I also appreciate the flat tail-end (as opposed to the curved up ones) which allows for a flat bottom basket or carrier to be securely attached if desired. Plus, it's got a stylish classic vibe with it's rounded side braces. The price was right, and it looks fine and functional, on my bike anyway.

High Quality Rack
This seems to be a high quality rack. It was very easy to install. It required a 4mm Allen wrench, and of course, a 10mm box/end wrench.

Fantastic design!
I chose this particular rack for its design. I wanted a silver, stylized rack that I could add a wood accent to. With this electric bike, (pictured), I had to reverse and shorten the rack arms and cut down the tabs near the brake mount bracket in order to accommodate.

Very sturdy and light weight
I chose this rack for two reasons:1) light weight corrosion resistant tubular aluminum construction2) discount on repackaged unit (otherwise I would have gotten the standard Sunlite Gold Tec Sport Rack - (Silver) )I did not need the extra width provided for the disk brakes but figured I could use it anyway. The extra space between the wheel and the spokes allows room for attaching the Pannier straps. I have uploaded a few pictures to show the top of the rack and to show it installed on my bicycle (large frame with 700c x 38C wheels/tires). My bicycle came with the appropriate attachment points so installation was fairly easy. I did have to cut the mounting bars and and trim the really long mounting screws (see pictures). I do wish that they had included a spring mechanism for the top however I can get with a bungee chord. This is a very strong rack. I suspect the capacity rating is limited by the four connection points to the bicycle frame.Material Note:An alloy is any combination of two or more base metals. You would be hard pressed to find any metal product that was not actually an alloy. Looks great functions very well and easy to install.
The rack was very easy to install on my bike. The vertical and horizontal bars are adjustable so it’s easy to make it the right height and level. It came with all the hardware and more, for different lengths, and I had no problems with it clearing the disc brakes on my bike. I have a Detroit Bike Cortello.

Very Good Not Great
The angle options are a little inflexible and the install took a little longer because of that. It's designed for a lot of different bikes so I think in doing that, it's a little harder to install. That said, the quality seems good, the weight and weld points appears strong. Overall a recommendation for the good price.
