How long does the 480mL last for?

The 8oz Bottle lasts 96 5ml servings You should start very slowly with ¼ Teaspoon + Increase ¼ a Teaspoon every 3-4 days, The 5ml a day is the maintenance dosage, If your Magnesium deficient you should Increase to 2-4 Teaspoons a day until your Magnesium deficiency symptoms go away or take a RBC Blood test your ideal levels should be between 6.0 - 6.5 Don't have a standard Blood test as only 2% of Magnesium is detected in the standard blood test, I would go for the 16oz Bottle for better value

Does this expire or go bad? Had an unopened bottle in kitchen cupboard for 3 months
