Penguin Caffeinated Wintergreen Mints, 16 oz

These work very well! Sometimes I need just a little pick me up for some energy. They taste good and give me a slight energy boost at the same time. There is no big let down after product has left my body. Lasts a few hr. Only take two. This is not an every day usage product for me just on occasion when I need to be alert. Handy to keep in my pocket or purse. Like the flavor too. Have purchased these other times over the years. Service was fast and reliable. Good to do business with a company that cares also. If I had a concern it was addressed immediately.

I have had these before and would give them 5 stars b/c they tasted great compared to other brands.However, the last batch I purchased here smelled so terrible: dank, musty, like wet cardboard dipped in coffee and left wet for a week to mold. I have removed the mints (which appear pristine) from the smelly packaging and placed them in a ziplock bag which I have left open for more than a week to air out. It has only just starting to lessen. I have tasted them, and as long as don’t inhale- then they seem like the past batches I’ve bought.I am worried though that there may be some dry mold spores on them or something worse that I’m ingesting.I do not know if this is the fault of Amazon or the original manufacturer. So, I am not even sure where I can purchase them again to avoid this result. Like I said, I have bought these before and would have given them 5 stars in the past.

I was afraid to try these after seeing a few critical reviews. I had enjoyed the peppermint and thought maybe I'd just stick with those. I'm glad I tried these wintergeens. I like them even more than the peppermints. I've never been a coffee drinker so I use these to reduce my soda consumption.

I don't use these as mints, I just swallow them. I'm sensitive to caffeine and the low dose of these helps

Haven't been able to find these for years. Many years ago, Starbucks sold them as did the long-time-defunct CompUSA. Very happy to find them again. Just wish the flavors other than peppermint still came in the handy tins.

Love the mints. Wish they you did a sampler of all the flavors so we could give them a try.

Purchased these to replace a tin that was out of date. Unfortunately, these have that same bitter aftertaste. While they give you a bit of a caffeine boost, the flavor isn't that great.

The orders from this company always come very quickly. The product is excellent. The peppermints work very well for running. Sometimes when you feel a lack of energy take several of these and in about half an hour they will have gotten into your system, making you feel very energetic. Love em!
