This man is on of the most beautiful men I have had the pleasure of being devoted to! This book is essential for anyone over the age of 12! I've only just started the audiobook, I can't tell it's full of his beautiful wisdom anything this man puts out is high quality. The only detriment I see in this product is people not buying and adapting his brilliant and timeless advice! Thank you my guru and Isha Life Centers for changing my life!

Very well distilled explanation of a complex topic

The book is okay but not sure why I bought it. Much rather listen from the guru's mouth on his many generous offerings on youtube. This irascible, brilliant, practical spiritualist is one of a kind. I can forgive him the big shadow (bad jokes) that necessarily accompanies the big light, for what he brings in healing to earth and the minds that ruin earth is second to none. I also appreciate his honoring of his culture in garb, in song, in mythical theatre beyond belief. He is fearless, vulnerable and multi-dimensional. Takes guts to roam Tennessee in such an outfit!As for Death, there is great wisdom and comfort in its substance. The book could use editing for elegance and form.
