This product should be considered an orthopedic medical device. In college we called this a cervical block, but back then they were made of wood and vinyl. Not very comfortable! It can be used to provide real traction to the cervical spine, and re-train the natural cervical curve. As a medical professional, I regularly supply or recommend this cervical block to my patients with reversed cervical curve or neck conditions that can benefit from traction.

I agree with the 10 minute limit, start at 3-5 minutes and a few times a day. I had a stiff neck frequently, probably because I sit at a pair of monitors all day , and probably not great posture. I use this morning before work, mid day break on the floor and again after work or bedtime. Relaxes my neck and shoulders. Mostly I just let my neck stretch, but also some gentle left / right head turns, but not far, not a stretch. More of a gentle rocking

I had to fold a hand towel & put it over the hard plastic. It provides relief but it should have cushioning on it. Can't get pain relief on a hard surface.

Probably my worst Amazon purchase ever. I should have heeded the negative reviews, because they were absolutely correct. This hunk of junk was the most worthless thing. It is a solid (very smelly) piece of plastic, with absolutely NO give. I have regularly seen a chiropractor, and have had plenty of physical therapy, so I know what works and what doesn't. Had really hoped that this would help between visits. NOPE. It has absolutely NO give, and was like trying to use a small boulder to relieve pain. It hurt me so bad within about two minutes that I literally thought that I would pass out. If my carotid artery had been that far back, it would have cut off all blood flow to my brain, and I'd be dead. As it was, It hurt terribly, and NOT a 'good' hurt, where you know that it will help you. Just miserable pain. Five days later, and my neck is still killing me from trying it, i have a terrible headache (which I almost never get), and now unfortunately, my chiropractor temporarily closed due to the pandemic. Trust me on this that it did more harm than good for me. In my opinion, a product like this shouldn't be allowed on the market, period. I'm sure the Seller is lovely, but this product sure isn't.

I have been using this for about a month or so, 3-5x per week. It's the first time I've used any of these so I have nothing to compare it to. Some reviewers complained that it's too hard. My take is that it has to be firm to hold your neck and top of shoulders and correct bad neck/head posture without losing form. Personally, I don't find it that hard. The first times you use it, you may feel a cooling or warming sensation at your nape/back of your skull. Start with the longer side towards your shoulders and when you get up, roll to the side rather than sitting up. I'd caution against falling sleep with it. This is to be used for 10 minutes/day only. I will continue to use and provide an update.

It’s a bit hard for my boney neck, but my dad and roommate likes it. I bought them both one, and it’s frequently used. My kids come over to my house and would always use this while we talk. Put a towel or something soft so it will cushion the neck.

Bought this to relieve the pain I am feeling on the left arm as the nerve is pulled due to degeneration of the backbone and it works for me. Delivery was fast and it was packed in a plastic bag with no box. Quality is good and the rubber is firm. It does not slip easily when used and you can use it on the other parts of the body. It's also cheaper than those listed on taobao for the exact spec.
