Won’t mark this as a must have piece of equipment based on personal needs, but it could definitely be of help to have around if you have issues with wrist mobility and wrist strength. Not that it would increase either, but it would surely provide some support to your wrist when lifting heavy weights. Nonetheless, I suggest trying them out rather than going with the review alone. I’ve used them in the past and the quality of KOBO is better than the ones I previously used. All in all, great wraps for the price. Comfortable too!!

Very useful product. Provides excellent support to wrist. Quality of velcro is really good. One must keep in mind that wrist wraps will provide little or no benefit when you perform exercises that involve pulling a weight towards yourself, or exercises that do not require a straight wrist (such as lateral pull-downs and curls, respectively). To benefit from your wrist wraps, try exercises like: Bench press Dumbbell rows Deadlifts Rack pulls Exercises like the bench press force the wrists to bear a lot of weight, and wrist wraps will support the wrists and reduce strain.
