How does the evf compare with the mark ii? my understanding is that the mark iii has an oled evf, which should be an improvement on the mark ii's lcd.

I purchased the E-M51 Mark III thinking that the lack of an OLED viewfinder wouldn't bother me. It does. I originally bought Olympus' argument that the LCD on the E-M1 Mk. III was a necessary evil and good enough. Which was kind of true...until I bought my backup E-M5 Mark III, which has an OLED viewfinder. It's night and day. The OLED viewfinder is quantum leaps better. They should have never produced the E-M1 Mark III without the OLED viewfinder -- it's like finding a 4-cylinder engine in your Ferrari. Hopefully Olympus will fix this blunder soon. AND lower the price if they expect Micro Four Thirds to survive in the current camera market.
