I bring a bottle whenever I travel so that I get a relaxing sleep. Smell is subtle unless you spray too much. If there are curtains in the room, I spray those as well. Just gives the room a calming scent like a spa.

It’s definitely keep the room fresh and helps to relax after a long day. Even work on my newborn twins when they in our bed. A must have for my room.

This pillow spray has a very strong fragrant smell that lingers, so I only spray one or two sprays over my pillows. Not directly The first night I kinda got a little too excited and sprayed too much, I had a terrible headache the entire night and I’m not normally sensitive to smells. However, the second night I sprayed one or two sprays over my pillows and I had the most beautiful sleep. I woke refreshed and energized. I’ve been using this spray for a week and I’ve been sleeping peacefully throughout the night P.S- I’m not on any medications, I don’t take any sleep supplements. I’ve tried and nothing works without making me groggy the next day. This pillow spray with a good sleeping mask has been my charm and I’ve been getting quality rest in REM and DEEP which I’ve been struggling to do the past year.

The scent is too strong for me. I can’t fall asleep, lol! It also has a lingering third scent that I can’t tell what it is. I know use it as a deodorizer in the bathroom but I won’t be buying it again.
