In my opinion. This is really good. It is pretty salty. But that's what makes it good. Most people might disagree. That's there opinion. But if you like salty. Then you will love it.

I use soy sauce as a marinade base for everything especially my favorite jerked wings so when I needed to restock I decided to try a product from Amazon rather than going to my local market. So far I have nothing but good things to say. The soy sauce is good without being overly salty. My first batch of wings as well as a marinated steak came out excellent. I will be purchasing again.

I have only recently learned that all soy sauce is not created equal. We use a fair amount of it - my son fancies himself a budding teppanyaki chef so he's always making fried rice, marinades and other dishes that can benefit from good soy sauce. I ordered this Silver Swan based on the many rave reviews it has. And for good reason. Tasty and full-flavored but not chokingly salty; this affordable soy sauce may become our new standard. Highly recommended.
