This is a difficult item to review
As i said this is not the sort of item to review, i hope that i never have to find out how good it is that means that the printer I have insured is good and I will never use this product, that is OK I think I did the right thing. I will say that it was very easy to buy this product at the same time i got my Printer.

Good value product insurance
I find this insurance to be good value for money. Unfortunately I had to cancel the policy as the item that was insured proved to be defective. I was quickly refunded. I will purchase again if offered with a product.

Pointless Cover
Decided to purchase this insurance cover for a Shredder purchased through Amazon in Jan 2022. Shredder since not working. The big effort and inconvenience and totally unhelpful support to send an item not fit for its purpose just after 3-4 months purchase back for a refund or replacement is painful.Parcel to be sent back not picked up. Hermes disputing about names and the like. Meantime we have this defective item sitting in our hallway waiting to be collected.Customers should not be advised to purchase insurance that are not even effective and Amazon should take responsibility for this very very poor service.Always purchased many items with Amazon. No problems. But now.... it beggars beliefI hope some person will take responsibility and contact us. Shameful
