The syrup itself is great, but it's a bit of a crap shoot on whether you will get 8.5 ounces of Dark Amber, Amber or Organic Amber syrup.If you are like me, it's annoying as I like the richer flavor of the dark amber syrup.

Of late, I've been making my own enriched bread and on occasion will have french toast for breakfast. For most of my life, I had used your standard syrup and never thought anything about changing that. Until..I had tried this w my french toast (and blueberry compote) and when I did...WowThe flavors just seem to all work in unison to take that breakfast to the next level. It's been impossible for me to even look at regular syrup since. So buyer beware...you might not look back after trying this. It adds that much depth of flavor to your breakfast treat.Also, before I finish up this review, I've made mango compote along w strawberry compote and have added a tablespoon or so near the end. And, again the combination blends beautifully almost like they were meant for one another.

Absolutely Delicious!!I was sold on this maple syrup, but my biggest concern was regarding the product reviews where the glass bottle arrived broken or leaking.Well, I figured that even though I think it's non-refundable because it's food, Amazon's customer service is really good at fixing those things and either sending a replacement or crediting your Amazon account so you can reorder. Package arrived well wrapped in bubble wrap and completely undamaged.Try some, you will be glad you did!
