Heavy duty
Cuts great. Love the flat top for rabbets and dados. Feels substantial. Can't speak to longevity but it's a saw blade, it'll last as long as you take care of it.

I'm very impressed with CMT products and this blade is no different!
I do rip a good bit of hardwoods (for cutting boards and such) and this blade just cuts through so nicely but I really bought it because it cuts with a flat top. I like to make box joints and the flat teeth make for a nice edge I don't have to cleanup with a chisel. This blade makes that job easy.Quality is spot on and if the other CMT Orange blades I've tried (love the crosscut blades) are any indication, this one will last a long, long time!

Best Saw Blade?
This is easily the best blade I've ever used. I just replaced 3 Diablo's in my shop to CMT to give them a go. Yeah, very noticeable difference even with a full kerf blade. Cuts like butter through 8/4 maple, walnut, and even hickory. I'm not getting the chatter I was getting with my Diablo's, leaving me glue line or VERY close to glue line results. And it's cheaper?? What's not to love?

High Quality Ripping Blade for a Reasonable price
This the second CMT Orange Chrome 24 tooth ripping blade I have purchased; identical to the first one, but for use at my second home woodshop. I haven't used this new blade yet, but the other one is identical and I found it to be excellent for ripping hardwood, plywood or any other material. Although it takes a few minutes to swap out your 72 tooth or other cross-cutting blade, the improvement in rip cuts is well worth the time. The rip cuts are nearly always without burn, even when cutting 4/4 material and are pretty much glue edge ready right from the saw. It also makes sense to add the spray bottle of Orange blade cleaner with your purchase, especially if you are working with exotics. The blade is easy to clean and it takes only a few minutes to keep in in top cutting condition. I haven't used either blade long enough to be sure about "longevity", but see no reason why it will not perform well in the future if properly tuned and maintained and thus, have given it a five on that category. Time will tell.

CMT Blades work!!
I had the ITK 24 tooth ripping blade from CMT and decided to go up to a Chrome. Both work very well and this one does exactly what I need it to do. I'm able to rip boards and glue them right up with this blade without any issues. Very happy with this CMT blade.

Excellent blade
This is an excellent blade at a lower cost than Forrest and Ridge. Nothing wrong with those blades, but these blade have the same qualities.
