Mine was bought from: SJ COMPUTERS LLC !!!I've had this since April 21, 2020 (Currently August 15, 2020) and it still runs smoothlPlays games and keeps up with my business at the same time.To answer some of the questions I saw about this in the Q&A area:Yes! It contains the NVidia GeForce GT 1030 as stated (see pictures).It did come with Win 10 despite having Win 8 Pro sticker on the back.The keyboard and mouse that was sent was an BT Ladybug? No model info found. They work as intended.You can play Sims 4!You can play Fortnite! (I hate this game, but tested it anyway.)You can play Rainbow 6, but I would go for a better VC for this game!Motherboard is Hewlett-Packard 1906 Socket 0, meaning you could add another large PCI card.RAM Memory 2x4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)It did come with on display to HDMI adapter in a small bag, but I could not find it or the mouse for pictures.

I got this PC to replace my 6 year old media PC. I got it specifically for the 1030 inside it which is capable of 4k and HDR. That all worked just fine. I knocked one star off though because the hard drives inside this thing have A LOT of hours on them. In my case, Crystaldiskinfo said the SSD had over 1500+ Hours and 300+ start ups (which isnt too bad for an office PC) but the 2 terabyte mechanical drive had thousands of start ups and over 30000 hours on the hard drive. That means the drive is at least 4 years old. Which is around the same age as the office OEM HP PC model this thing was slapped together in. Amazon is slapping cheap video cards into office PCs, listing them as renewed, throwing an SSD in it, adding some ram and calling it a 'gaming pc'. A 1030 can MAYBE play minecraft and some REALLY light gaming. Good thing I didnt get it for gaming.

I bought this Gaming Desktop specifically to use with my online virtual cycling application using a smart trainer. An ANT USB-m stick is the communication device to connect my trainer to the PC. This ANT USB-m stick automatically installed on three other Windows 10 machines in my home, but this Gaming Desktop would "setup" the ANT but then could not install a driver for it.I called the support phone number on the label attached to this desktop, and was pointed to a youtube video which showed how to install a free version of the DriverEasy app. However, this app does not work without purchasing a "pro" version of it.It is going back!!! Thanks to Amazon for making it easy to process returns.Update: SJ Computers, LLC was the seller for this product. They held back a restocking fee of $68.80 or returning this defective product, then refused to answer my emails on this issue. Not an ethical or recommended seller!Final Update: After countless emails, sitting on hold on the phone for an hour and a half with Amazon service (without any resolution), and finally connecting with a very helpful Amazon service person via chat, I was informed that the “stocking fee” will be refunded as a “goodwill refund.” This, even though the Amazon page for this renewed PC clearly states “Backed by the 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee” and “All of Our Remanufactured machines come with a 90-day warranty. Our Technical Support team will work to solve any issues or answer any questions you may have about your new machine.” The technical support team sent me on a wild goose chase which resolved did not "solve any issue", although I was offered the chance to purchase a driver update utility and spent hours doing SJ Computers/Amazon troubleshooting for them without any Computer Technician compensation. Although I am a very loyal Amazon customer, spending thousands of dollars each year over the past 15 years, I will never trust Amazon again for a “renewed” product, and I cannot recommend their “renewed” products.

So far this computer is working very well. I was surprised because the housing was dented. However, when I connected it, it ran like a top. I hope this product lasts, because it is a very fast computer and well worth the cost.

It's ok for what it is,I mean, take an old desktop satellite and add a graphics card and call it a "gaming computer"I didn't expect much for the price point and it does what I want it to.Basically a steam computer. It does a fine job with that.It handles WoW pretty good with lower settings.It's not the fastest, it's not the best, but if your looking for a secondary computer for games that don't require a ton of power, it's good.Spend a few bucks and get a decent computer if your looking to play newer games.I'll prolly end up replacing the hard drive, 500G is laughable, the graphics card is just ok, prolly get an upgrade eventually.Plus a lil extra RAM would have been nice, but I guess they gotta make their money.Good enough... Really as there is to say

Delivered in a timely fashion by Fed Ex during covid-19 restrictions. The desktop computer was exactly as advertised and like new. The specifications and hardware matched the advertised description. Windows 10 interfaces quite well and seems easy to learn. The best feature that this desktop delivers is speed! It is fast! Boots in seconds. I will update this review after 2 months for a more complete review of its performance.

It's a great pc. I did run into a problem though. Sometimes it would restart itself out of the blue. Then it got to the point to where when it was off, I tried to turn it on but it wouldn't. It would start up, make a beeping sound, shut off and restart the process. But I got it fixed, never was told what exactly it was because I wouldn't have understood according to my uncle. But still it was kinda scary running into something like that, couldn't use it for a few days.
