Excellent lock for the price.
Solid lock, with smooth and easy to turn tumbler. The cable feels very heavy and substantial. The key mechanism has a sliding plastic shield to keep some water/debris out. Only used it for light duty, but could be used for more substantial locking of valuable items.

Missing bracket that came with it last time I bought it
It's a good cable lock but it doesn't come with the piece that it hooks onto for the bike...it used to. So it will hang Willie nillie now. Wonderful.

Cheap and horrible
Avoid at all costs it took 2 seconds for the crooks to cut through this bicycle lock and steal my Scooter. Not fit of purpose
