I have not had it for too long but find it to be comfortable to use; and am very happy with the added breadth of exercises I can accomplish using it. Well worth the money!

These handles and this bar are quality products for a more than fair price. Using these handles and this bar improve my resistance tube workout so much so that I feel like I have a home gym with a high, medium, and low cable pulley system. If you want to take your resistance band training up a few notches, get this bundle of attachments - you won’t regret it! I’ve also been able to get creative with the handles to use with dumbbells for kettlebell like training. I couldn’t be happier about this investment.

This system is great, and for the price even better. Now I don’t have to walk around the gym looking for equipment.

these work perfectly for lat pulldowns

Good price for a straight bar and two straps. Allows me to add some exersizes to my home gym. Seems well built and sturdy and a good price. BTW...the two straps and the bar don't need to be used connected as shown (and I don't use them that way).

Perfect for resistance bands. The bar and the grips, taken together, give me any imaginable combination for upper-body / core exercises. There are sets that are made for weight machines, but they seem too heavy and cumbersome. This is the perfect compromise. I even like the little pamphlet with recommended exercises.

The straps themselves, the handles and rings are sturdy but how you wrap them around a bar and keep them wrapped is flimsy. You have two loops you can use to put a bar through. Then you fold it over and secure it with a velcro attachment which is sewn into it. There is the failure point. If you use these handles for cable rowing, they"ll quickly and suddenly slip through the velcro. They're rated at 200lbs each so the set up should be more than adequate - its not.The solution here is to buy 'S' hooks or carabiners and use those to clip to the rings which are sturdy. the velcro retaining strap is a joke.

I like them very much. I use in my gym with rowing machine, it can also compatible with resistance bands. The rubber grip is good as I'm not a fan of foam. Come with a carrying bag in good condition.
