Easy enough to use for light duty applications, like pulling a line tight for a tarp at camp. The material they are made of looks like some kind of glass filled nylon/plastic and they feel sturdy for light work. The only concern I have is the cam, I added a photo for a better understanding. The cam can lift a little off its base and this could potentially allow smaller lines or cords to get under the cam. I noticed this using 550 paracord. The larger the line the less the potential problem. That being said I think these are definitely something I will be packing in my gear when I camp.
