What is the difference of this one and just the kare kare packet one? can i use this packet for my kare kare?

Kare kare is more of a Filipino styled curry based sauce. The flavor profile is more rice like and peanuty. This is a sinigang (tamarind soup) mix. The flavor profile is sour and tart. I would advise you to buy the kare kare mix if you want a kare kare dish.
