These tan towels are SO easy to use and the color processes very quick. I had done what it had instructed and exfoliated the day before and then (with gloves on so I didn’t get it on my hands) I applied in circular motions, starting at my legs, then arms and lastly the face. You do need to let it dry for about five minutes after you apply it so it can sink in. Once your skin feels dry, throw on an oversized tshirt and relax!The towels had much more product than anticipated and I only used one towel for my whole body. The color processes very quick and within a few hours I had a natural tan color that gives a healthy glow- not orange at all. I may apply one more towel in a couple days to see how the color deepens.I was nervous it would have an odor based off of other reviews, but I am happy to report it doesn’t. It has a very light scent at first that smells like tanner (not in a bad way!) but goes away right when you start applying it. There is no linger on your body either.I have tried other self tanners and even spray tans but I always felt like they came with restrictions that made it hard to do anything for the day- not to mention the streaks that came with a foam tanner and glove application .Overall, I will absolutely use Tan Towels again when I am in need of a quick, effortless tan! If you want an easy (lazy girl) tan- this is your product.Other questions I had before purchasing:Does the color transfer to bed sheets? No it does not.Does this actually work and is it worth the money? YES. I was skeptical as I had never seen a towel application like this- but I am never going back to other methods now.Will this work for my skin tone? Which should I get? I have fair skin, the makeup color I use is typically fair/fair light and I got the classic Tan Towel. It gave me a natural glow that would barely bump your foundation up- more bronzer and you’ll be fine.How do I apply it? I put on plastic gloves just so I wouldn’t get color on my palms. This is the only product that works for me. Partly because I'm lazy and I don't take my time applying the product so it looks streaky and blotchy. These towels cover a large area and application is quick. The color is natural and even.

Product creates an even healthy glow that doesn’t transfer on to clothes or sheets. It lasts approximately a week. I use one every weekend and I can go without makeup the day I apply it if I want. I’ve only used light to medium but it’s not orange at all.

These towels are nice for a subtle tan! I start with my legs or stomach until the product on the towel isn't so saturated, then I move to other areas like my face. Make sure to do it in a circular motion as the directions state. I sometimes cut the towel in half or quarters because they can dry-out fast (I put the sections that I'm not using folded up in the bag), this allows me to get my whole body with one towel. The smell isn't bad and you don't have a long wait-time before putting on your clothes. Also, make sure to not saturate your elbows or knees because it absorbs the tanner a lot and thus can leave you with orange elbows and knees! Also, don't forget to SCRUB your hands (especially your fingers) because they will turn bright orange otherwise! Overall, I'm very happy with my subtle tan and I will continue to use them!

Tanning products can stink so badly!Tan towels don’t.I find these towels are so much easier to apply than sprays or lotions, not messy, tans evenly!I highly recommend them!

Easy to apply and works fast! Rarely makes me orange except around my feet if I’m not paying attention to application. Highly recommend.
