I bought bc I needed to add something for my joints and circulation for those in between days of my running. I have found that I have WAY LESS SWELLING and my bounce back from long runs is now every other day rather than 2-3 days of resting my legs . It lasts long too if you use it every other day. I’m about done with my bottle but thought to leave a review before I purchase another one. Well worth the money and I’m so glad that I found this in pill form rather than a powder bc I tried that I couldn’t muster up the taste even after trying to put it in a smoothie.. I've been taking Moringa in powder form in my water and smoothies. It's been hard to swallow. Then I discovered the capsule form, and it's been a game changer for me. I can take the capsules without having to chug a glass of Moringa leaf water. It's such a better experience with the capsule than mixing powder in my water and drinking it as is.Every day, I just put my capsules in my pill container, and I'm ready to go! No mess, no stress!No more loose Moringa powder for me! Just Moringa capsules from now on!

I didn't find that this product helped with my joint pain. Also, didn't realize it was high in Vitamin C until I was near the end of the bottle which can cause flare-up for people with Interstitial cystitis so I had to stop taking it anyway.

I have yet to try the effects of these mornings caps, so I couldn’t comment on that. However the fact that this product is certified kosher and is family owned is a big plus for me.
