Did not lose weight with this product!!

I guess it would work if you can stick to the meal plan. Eating 1000 calories a day would make anyone loose weight quickly. I was way too hungry to stick to the plan. Didn't notice any effect using the drops. If you try this be prepared for the restricted calories.

I have lost a lot of weight -- 40 pounds -- with this product. Of course, eating very little, 900 to 1000 calories, but feel good, no rushes of crazy energy, no pangs or other issues. I loved it and when I gained back about 10 pounds I bought new and worked on it again. Never any side effects. I recommend it totally as long as you watch your calories, eat as the plan suggests and drink lots of water.

I have had wonderful success with this program! I've dropped 14 pounds in the past 3 weeks. My husband is so impressed he's starting along with me this week. Make sure to read the book before beginning and take a "refresher read" from time to time. The Facebook support is great and I've found several recipes on Pintrest as well.My energy level has improved as well as the fit of my clothes. I look forward to what continuing the program will bring!

Very effective if one can tolerate the 1000 cal diet. It is possible to lose a pound a day!

I ordered this for a family member and it was not what she wanted. At no point in the order did I get a message that this could not be returned if unopened.I cannot speak to the product itself, but the return policy should have been clearly stated as it is with other products.

This product has helped me to lose 58 lbs in a year. I heard about it from my daughter who has had great success with it as well. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to lose weight.
